Always enjoy my time here with the family! Got the butt rub burger and it tasted fresh! Wife and kids think Big Ts has the best mac n cheese! We also had the best service here, staff ensured we were looked after and kept mopping and cleaning the tables, seriously impressed with this restaurant! Highly suggest eating here!
The pulled pork sandwich was excellent! Very flavourful, with a good blend of moist pork without it being dry (a common issue with pulled pork sandwiches). Hot and fresh fries came with it, and they serve you at the table. Great service, friendly staff. I'd happily eat here again. None of the photos show it, but there are seats here as well for those that are curious.
Tried Big T’s BBQ for lunch and it was well worth it. You could smell the smoke before you got inside. I didn’t see a large outdoor smoker so I assume it’s an internal electric smoker but that didn’t detract from the smell and flavour. We had the brisket sandwich with spicy coleslaw (not spicy at all) and the Mac n Cheese as the two sides. I prefer my coleslaw on the vinegary side so this wasn’t a favourite. The Mac n Cheese could stand proudly with the best Mac n Cheeses I’ve had. The brisket was flavourful and tender and the bbq sauce and pickles were a nice compliment. The pulled pork poutine could stack up against any poutine you’ve had. Add some of their spicy bbq sauce and you’ve got the flavour pop to take it over the top. Friendly staff and bright clean location and you have a winner and we’ll be back.
Exceptional food and service! Ordered the brisket dinner (for lunch) with mac and cheese and steamed veggies for sides. We received a call that steamed veggies were currently not available and so the slaw was suggested. It didn’t bother us as we knew they had just opened and were willing to try what they they had to offer. Upon pick up, we were informed that our order ended up getting the veggies as they went out and got some- talk about customer service! Brisket was perfect and far from dry. The mac was unbelievably delicious! Their version of sweet tea was unsweetened, probably left for customers to sweeten. Overall, we are so happy they have opened a location in the community! Thank you and we can’t wait to order again!
all I can say is. YUM!. Everything was delicious. The staff was great with my kids being loud. The burger patty was so big, it barely fit in the to go box!!!! My only criticism is the corn bread was dry. Tasted great, but fell apart to easily.
The team at Big T's BBQ in Mahogany are absolutely incredible to deal with! We brought a large group of about 95 people to the restaurant yesterday, for dinner. They went above and beyond to set up tables outdoors for us, as well as tents and a very impressive buffet spread! The food was brought out on time, and was absolutely incredible! We had zero complaints from our event participants. I highly recommend eating at Big T's in Mahogany!
Big T’s is amazing. Great service, good is fantastic. Such a good addition to Mahogany. Tried the deep fried pickles, hush puppies, Brisket Sandwich and the smoked Poutine. You have to try it, worth it everytime we visit.
Absolutely fantastic place. As soon as we walked in, it smelled amazing. We had the absolutely mouth watering brisket burger and the butt rub burger (yes that's what it's called). Both the Burgers were absolutely delicious. Got to try hush puppies for very first time as well and loved the flavour. Very clean restaurant and the service was great (Thank you Chris)
